We don’t like to use the phrase packages in our message to business owners and leaders, but for the sake of showing you what we can offer before you pick up the phone or email us, here is a sample of what we can do. We create bespoke, on brand, and very targeted packages for our clients, so again, no two will ever be similar. Although we love our clients, we also love to watch them grow into their social media profiles and begin to control, manage, and engage with complete autonomy. We like to think of it as our ‘wee’ children leaving the nest and heading out into the big bad world. This usually only takes about three months, but we have been known to hang around for a while longer when needed.

Small:  Start ups, companies just beginning to dable in SM, limited budget for SM.

  1. Setting up of social media profiles(LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare)
  2. Website critique
  3. Create a basic community of like-minded followers; ongoing maintenance of connections.
  4. Branded Facebook page.
  5. 30 minutes per day on SM sites (Monday to Friday)
  6. Half day of social media training on site with up to 4 people.

Medium:  Mid-sized companies with decent websites, understand SM, but have no strategy, will have a SM champion within organisation to facilitate profiles.

  1. Setting up of social media profiles in not already set up(LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, blog).
  2. Website critique
  3. Create online community via targeted like-minded followers; ongoing maintenance of connections.
  4. Branded Twitter and Facebook pages.
  5. 45 minutes per day on SM sites (Monday to Friday)
  6. Half day of social media training on site with up to 4 people(to include dashboard and automation).
  7. Follow-up emails and phone calls for duration of contract.
  8. Continued awareness updates regarding new applications and updates.

Enterprise: Companies with multi sites, marketing budget, and dedicated marketing/PR department to handle SM profiles.

  1. Visit existing SM profiles and consult as to content and frequency.
  2. Assist with website 2.0 compliance and any creative outsourcing as needed.
  3. Enhance online community and awareness via specialised campaigns.
  4. Weekly ‘cleaning’ of followers/following
  5. Completed branded online SM profiles
  6. 1 hour per day (Monday to Friday)
  7. Full day of social media training with up to four people(with dashboard and automation)
  8. Twitter daily newspaper.
  9. Follow-up emails and phone calls for duration of contract.
  10. Continued awareness updates regarding new applications and updates.
  11. Case study analysis after three month period to measure overall success and ROI
